ACTIVECOW.COM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

\n 1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

\n 1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter the \u2018Terms\u2019) govern the relationship between CFI Group L.L.C. DE19801 Wilmington, Orange Street 1201, Suite 600, United States of America Registration number: 6615443 Legal form: limited liability company (hereinafter the \u2018Operator\u2019) and natural persons who use the services available on the activecow.com website (hereinafter the \u2018Service\u2019 or the \u2018Platform\u2019).

\n 1.2. Before using the Service, every User must familiarise themselves with these Terms. By registering on the Platform and\/or using any of the Operator\u2019s Services, the User expresses their agreement with these Terms.

\n 1.3. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms at any time. An amendment to these Terms takes effect on the date it is published on the Platform. The User will be informed of any amendments to these Terms via the Platform or by e-mail. If the User continues to use the Service after these Terms have been amended, they are deemed to have agreed to the amendment.<\/p>
\n

2. DEFINITIONS

\n 2.1. User \u2013 a natural person aged 18 or over who has registered on the Platform.

\n 2.2. Platform \u2013 the activecow.com website operated by the Operator.

\n 2.3. Coins \u2013 a virtual currency used on the Platform, which has no real-world value and is used solely for the purpose of participating in the Challenge.

\n 2.4. Challenge \u2013 a three-level skills competition described in these Terms, in which the User tests their skills in the field of fixed-odds betting.

\n 2.5. Ticket \u2013 a virtual betting slip through which the User places virtual bets as part of the Challenge.

\n 2.6. Tariff \u2013 one of the three participation options in the Challenge (Basic Challenge, Advanced Challenge, Elite Challenge), which differ in entry price, number of Coins, and prize amount.

\n 2.7. Team Bettors \u2013 Users who have successfully completed the Challenge and have been included in the Operator\u2019s team for continued betting under special rules.<\/p>
\n

3. USER REGISTRATION

\n 3.1. Registration on the Platform is required to use the Service, and such registration is conditional upon the User providing true and complete personal data

\n 3.2. The Operator reserves the right to verify the User\u2019s identity, in particular before paying out any winnings.

\n 3.3. Registration is permitted only to persons aged 18 or over. The User declares that they have full legal capacity and that they are not a person excluded from participating in betting activities under applicable legal regulations.

\n 3.4. A User may only have one account on the Platform. A breach of this rule may result in the immediate blocking of all the User\u2019s accounts and, where applicable, the forfeiture of any funds or claims to winnings.<\/p>
\n

4. CHALLENGE TARIFFS AND PARTICIPATION<\/p>
\n

4.1. The Operator offers three tariffs for participation in the Challenge:

\nBasic Challenge

\n \u2022 Entry fee: USD 29.99 (in words: twenty-nine US dollars and ninety-nine cents ) including VAT

\n \u2022 Starting credit: 100,000 Coins

\n \u2022 Prize for successfully completing the Challenge: 2,000,000 Coins

\nAdvanced Challenge

\n \u2022 Entry fee: USD 49.99 (in words: forty-nine US dollars and ninety-nine cents ) including VAT

\n \u2022 Starting credit: 200,000 Coins

\n \u2022 Prize for successfully completing the Challenge: 4,000,000 Coins

\nElite Challenge

\n \u2022 Entry fee: USD 69.99 (in words: sixty-nine US dollars and ninety-nine cents ) including VAT

\n \u2022 Starting credit: 300,000 Coins

\n \u2022 Prize for successfully completing the Challenge: 6,000,000 Coins<\/p>
\n

4.2. Payment may be made via the Stripe payment gateway and by bank transfer.

\n 4.3. After payment of the entry fee, the User will receive, in their account on the Platform, an initial amount of Coins according to the selected tariff. These can be used to complete the Challenge in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms.

\n 4.4. The Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. The Coins are used solely for the purposes of the Challenge.

\n 4.5. The entry fee is non-refundable, including if the User fails to complete the Challenge, withdraws from it, or is disqualified from the Challenge due to a breach of these Terms.<\/p>
\n

5. COMPETITION RULES

\n 5.1. The Challenge is divided into three levels with the following rules for the individual tariffs:

\nBASIC CHALLENGE

\nLevel one of the Challenge

\n 5.1.1. The User must achieve 5 winning Tickets.

\n 5.1.2. The minimum stake is 2,000 Coins per Ticket.

\n 5.1.3. If the User meets all the conditions, they will automatically progress to level two of the Challenge.

\n 5.1.4. If the User runs out of Coins during level one of the Challenge, the Challenge is considered failed.

\nLevel Two of the Challenge

\n 5.1.5. The User must achieve a 30% increase in the Coin balance with which they completed level one of the Challenge.<\/p>
\n

5.1.6. A minimum of 10 Tickets must be settled, each containing at least 5 matches, and the total odds of each Ticket must be at least 3.

\n 5.1.7. The User may not have three or more losing Tickets during the second stage of the Challenge. Otherwise, the Challenge will be considered unsuccessful.

\n 5.1.8. The minimum stake per Ticket in level two is 5,000 Coins.

\n 5.1.9. Upon meeting the conditions of level two, the User automatically advances to level three of the Challenge.

\n 5.1.10. If the User runs out of Coins during level two of the Challenge, the Challenge is considered failed.

\nLevel three of the Challenge

\n 5.1.11. The User must achieve at least 1 winning Ticket with total odds of at least 20.

\n 5.1.12. The minimum stake per Ticket in level three is 10,000 Coins.

\n 5.1.13. Each Ticket must contain at least 5 matches.

\n 5.1.14. The User must not have three or more losing Tickets during the third stage of the Challenge. Otherwise, the Challenge will be deemed unsuccessful.

\n 5.1.15. If the User meets the condition of level three, they successfully complete the entire Challenge.

\n 5.1.16. If the User runs out of Coins during level three of the Challenge, the Challenge is considered failed.

\nADVANCED CHALLENGE

\nLevel one of the Challenge

\n 5.1.17. The User must achieve 5 winning Tickets.

\n 5.1.18. The minimum stake is 4,000 Coins per Ticket.

\n 5.1.19. If the User meets all the conditions, they will automatically progress to level two of the Challenge.

\n 5.1.20. If the User runs out of Coins during level one of the Challenge, the Challenge is considered failed.

\nLevel Two of the Challenge

\n 5.1.21. The User must achieve a 30% increase in the Coin balance with which they completed level one of the Challenge.

\n 5.1.22. A minimum of 10 Tickets must be settled, each containing at least 5 matches, and the total odds of each Ticket must be at least 3.

\n 5.1.23. The User may not have three or more losing Tickets during the second stage of the Challenge. Otherwise, the Challenge will be considered unsuccessful.

\n 5.1.24. The minimum stake per Ticket in level two is 10,000 Coins.

\n 5.1.25. Upon meeting the conditions of level two, the User automatically advances to level three of the Challenge.

\n 5.1.26. If the User runs out of Coins during level two of the Challenge, the Challenge is considered failed.

\nLevel three of the Challenge

\n 5.1.27. The User must achieve at least 1 winning Ticket with total odds of at least 20.

\n 5.1.28. The minimum stake per Ticket in level three is 20,000 Coins.

\n 5.1.29. Each Ticket must contain at least 5 matches.

\n 5.1.30. The User must not have three or more losing Tickets during the third stage of the Challenge. Otherwise, the Challenge will be deemed unsuccessful.

\n 5.1.31. If the User meets the condition of level three, they successfully complete the entire Challenge.

\n 5.1.32. If the User runs out of Coins during level three of the Challenge, the Challenge is considered failed.

\nELITE CHALLENGE

\nLevel one of the Challenge

\n 5.1.33. The User must achieve 5 winning Tickets.

\n 5.1.34. The minimum stake is 6,000 Coins per Ticket.

\n 5.1.35. If the User meets all the conditions, they will automatically progress to level two of the Challenge.

\n 5.1.36. If the User runs out of Coins during level one of the Challenge, the Challenge is considered failed.

\nLevel Two of the Challenge

\n 5.1.37. The User must achieve a 30% increase in the Coin balance with which they completed level one of the Challenge.

\n 5.1.38. A minimum of 10 Tickets must be settled, each containing at least 5 matches, and the total odds of each Ticket must be at least 3.

\n 5.1.39. The User may not have three or more losing Tickets during the second stage of the Challenge. Otherwise, the Challenge will be considered unsuccessful.

\n 5.1.40. The minimum stake per Ticket in level two is 15,000 Coins.

\n 5.1.41. Upon meeting the conditions of level two, the User automatically advances to level three of the Challenge.

\n 5.1.42. If the User runs out of Coins during level two of the Challenge, the Challenge is considered failed.

\nLevel three of the Challenge

\n 5.1.43. The User must achieve at least 1 winning Ticket with total odds of at least 20.

\n 5.1.44. The minimum stake per Ticket in level three is 30,000 Coins.

\n 5.1.45. Each Ticket must contain at least 5 matches.

\n 5.1.46. The User must not have three or more losing Tickets during the third stage of the Challenge. Otherwise, the Challenge will be deemed unsuccessful.

\n 5.1.47. If the User meets the condition of level three, they successfully complete the entire Challenge.

\n 5.1.48. If the User runs out of Coins during level three of the Challenge, the Challenge is considered failed.

\nTRIAL CHALLENGE

\n 5.1.49. The price of the Trial Challenge tariff is USD 5.99 (in words: five US dollars and ninety-nine cents).

\n 5.1.50. The Trial Challenge consists solely of level one of the Challenge, the conditions of which correspond to those of level one of the Basic Challenge.

\n 5.1.51. The Trial Challenge serves as a test tariff and does not replace the full Challenges offered by the Operator.

\n 5.1.52. If the User successfully completes the Trial Challenge, they receive a 20% discount on the purchase of any main Challenge offered by the Operator.

\n 5.1.53. The discount under the preceding clause is non-transferable and may be used only once and only by a single User.

\n 5.1.54. If the User does not successfully complete the Trial Challenge, they are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement.<\/p>
\n

COMMON RULES FOR ALL TARIFFS EXCEPT THE TRIAL CHALLENGE

\n 5.2. When advancing to the next level of the Challenge, the User carries over only their current Coin balance. Meeting the conditions of the preceding level is not relevant for the subsequent levels of the Challenge.

\n 5.3. Upon reaching the objective of a given level, the User immediately advances to the next level of the Challenge, and no further bets may be placed within the current level.

\n 5.4. It is not possible to purchase additional Coins during the Challenge.

\n 5.5. If the User runs out of Coins at any point \u2013 meaning their balance reaches zero or they are unable to place the minimum stake required for the given Challenge level \u2013 the Challenge ends, and the User is offered the option to participate in a new Challenge for an additional fee.<\/p>
\n

6. RULES FOR SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING THE CHALLENGE

\n 6.1. If the User successfully completes all three levels of the Challenge in accordance with the rules set out in Article 5 of these Terms, they will be included in the Operator\u2019s team of bettors and receive, in their account on the Platform, Coins designated for betting under the selected tariff:<\/p>
\n

\u2022 Basic Challenge: 100.000 Coins

\n \u2022 Advanced Challenge: 200.000 Coins

\n \u2022 Elite Challenge: 300.000 Coins<\/p>
\n

6.2. Using this balance, the User may place any Tickets\/bets subject to the following restrictions:

\n \u2022 Maximum stake per Ticket: 1,000 Coins

\n \u2022 Maximum daily betting volume: 2,000 Coins<\/p>
\n

6.3. From the net winnings exceeding the staked amount, 95% is credited to the User\u2019s real-money balance available for withdrawal.

\n 6.4. The staked amount is not added back to the original Coin credit. Each Coin may only be used once.

\n 6.5. Profit calculation example:

\n \u2022 Opening balance: 300.000 Coins

\n \u2022 The User stakes 1,000 Coins on a Ticket with odds of 3.0 and wins.

\n \u2022 Total winnings: 3,000 Coins

\n \u2022 Net profit: 2,000 Coins (3,000 \u2013 1,000)

\n \u2022 Added to the real-money balance: USD 1900 (95% of 2,000)

\n \u2022 New Coin balance: 299,000 coins (original balance minus the stake)

\n 6.6. Team bettor\u2019s condition: The User must maintain a long-term betting success rate of 70% on a weekly basis. This means that 70% of the Tickets the User places in a week must be winning ones. If the User falls below this threshold, they will be removed from the team and forfeit their entire current Coin balance available for betting. The balance of real money the User has already won will be paid out to them in full.

\n 6.7. The winnings will be paid into the User\u2019s bank account provided at registration or subsequently updated in accordance with these Terms.

\n 6.8. Winnings are paid out in the US Dollars (USD) within 30 calendar days of a withdrawal request, provided that the User meets all conditions for the payout, including identity verification.

\n 6.9. The minimum amount for a withdrawal request is USD 100.

\n 6.10. The Operator reserves the right to tax the winnings in accordance with the legislation currently in force in the Czech Republic.

\n 7. ODDS OFFER AND THE PLACEMENT OF BETS

\n 7.1. The Operator sets the odds for sporting and other events at its sole discretion.

\n 7.2. The Operator reserves the right to change, suspend or remove any odds from the offer at any time without prior notice.

\n 7.3. A bet may be placed only if the User has a sufficient Coin balance in their account.

\n 7.4. The User acknowledges that once a bet has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

\n 7.5. The Operator reserves the right to cancel any bet in which it suspects manipulation, fraud or a technical error.

\n 7.6. The Operator determines the outcome of each bet based on the official results published by the relevant sports organisations or other official sources.<\/p>
\n

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

\n 8.1. The Operator bears no liability for any technical issues or outages related to the use of the Platform, including internet connectivity problems, server issues, or other technical difficulties that may affect the progress of the Challenge.

\n 8.2. The Operator bears no liability for any damages, losses or lost profits that the User may incur in connection with the use of the Platform or participation in the Challenge.

\n 8.3. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Challenge or any part thereof at any time, including without prior notice.

\n 8.4. The Operator bears no liability for any damages caused by the incorrect use or misuse of the Platform by the User.

\n 8.5. The Operator bears no liability for any financial losses incurred by the User in connection with participation in the Challenge.<\/p>
\n

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

\n 9.1. The Operator will process the User's personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 110\/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.

\n 9.2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the Platform.<\/p>
\n

10. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

\n 10.1. The Platform does not constitute a gambling service within the meaning of Act No. 186\/2016 Coll., on Gambling, as the User does not wager their own money with the expectation of a monetary win, but pays for participation in the Challenge, which is a skill-based competition.

\n 10.2. Nevertheless, the Operator supports the principles of responsible play and recommends that Users approach participation in the Challenge responsibly.

\n 10.3. The User acknowledges that participation in the Challenge may be habit-forming and undertakes to approach their participation responsibly.

\n 10.4. The User undertakes not to use the Service while under the influence of alcohol or other addictive substances.

\n 10.5. The Operator reserves the right to restrict or terminate the User\u2019s participation in the Challenge if it suspects that the User is exhibiting signs of problem play.<\/p>
\n

11. FAIR PLAY AND BREACHES OF THESE TERMS

\n 11.1. The User undertakes to act in accordance with the principles of fair play when using the Platform and participating in the Challenge.

\n 11.2. In particular, the User undertakes that they will not:

\n \u2022 Create multiple accounts

\n \u2022 Use automated systems or scripts for betting

\n \u2022 Share their account with other people

\n \u2022 Provide false information

\n \u2022 Exploit technical errors or shortcomings in the Platform<\/p>
\n

11.3. In the event of a breach of these Terms, the Operator is entitled to:

\n \u2022 Immediately block the User\u2019s account

\n \u2022 Cancel all the User\u2019s bets

\n \u2022 Refuse to pay out any winnings

\n \u2022 Terminate the User\u2019s participation in the Challenge

\n \u2022 Exclude the User from using the Platform<\/p>
\n

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

\n 12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

\n 12.2. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

\n 12.3. If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

\n 12.4. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, including without prior notice.

\n 12.5. These Terms come into effect on August 6, 2026 .<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/header>
